This is an Ethiopia Konga Washed from Finca Los Pirineos in Berlín, El Salvador. The farm is run by Diego Baraona and sits around 1,500 MASL along the Tecapa-Chinameca mountain range. Los Pirineos has become known for working with a wide mix of varieties, experimental processing, and a strong focus on sustainability. This lot is fully washed and dried on raised African beds at the farm.
